A Magical Winter Wedding at Dalhousie Castle: Mhairi & Mike

Last month, I had the joy of photographing my dear friend Mhairi’s wedding to her now husband, Mike, at the stunning Dalhousie Castle just outside Edinburgh. Despite the winter chill, the golden Scottish sunlight and dramatic landscapes created the perfect backdrop for their day. From their heartfelt humanist ceremony to braving the boggy grounds for the perfect shot, Mhairi and Mike were absolute stars. It was a celebration full of warmth, family, and personality — and I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable addition to my wedding photography bucket list.
